Customer Complaint Policy

 

Millers Taxis take all complaints very seriously. In order for us to investigate and act, you would need to fill out the complaint form and submit.

Once this has been filled out we will look into the matter as soon as possible and let you know of what the outcome is.

If a complaint form is not submitted we will not look into any allegation.

For more serious matters, where a driver is to be suspended, you must first make a formal complaint with Preston City Council, Taxi licensing department.

We cannot take any serious action against a driver if it has not been reported to the licensing authority.
