1. Millers Citax Ltd grant use of the interactive web aspects of this web site free of charge to approved business users. Millers Citax Ltd reserve the right to remove this service from any or all businesses if subject to misuse.

2. Business users will be provided with 2 hours free instruction on the use of the on-line booking system. Any tutoring beyond this time will be charged at the rate of £25.00 per hour, with prior agreement of the client.

3. Bookings made using this web site must only be treated as having been accepted upon confirmation from Millers Citax Ltd.

4. Business users accept responsibility for the upkeep of their own password integrity. Millers Citax cannot be held responsible for any loss or additional costs associated with misuse of the application.

5. Millers Citax Ltd cannot be held responsible for any missed connections i.e. flights, trains, boats due to adverse weather, traffic conditions, or road traffic accidents or road closures.

6. The driver has the right to refuse any passenger that he feels may be a threat to him/herself or vehicle.

7. Quotes given from this web site exclude VAT if applicable.

8. Credit terms for account customers are: Invoice monthly payment within 14 days of invoice date.
